The NW Fly Tying Expo will host a special workshop introducing the complete Fly Tying Instructor Program\, presented by Dutch Baughman\, Chair\, Fly Tying Instructor Program. “Walk-ins” are welcome to attend\, and the workshop is free\, but to help us assure we have enough Program Materials to hand out\, please register for the workshop.
